Goods are exchanged and/or returned in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. in June on the 29th by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" (Zin., 2001, No. 58 - 2105) approved "Rules for the return and exchange of items", within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.

the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact and label not removed) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
the returned product must be in the same configuration as it was when the Buyer received it;
when returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document or indicate the order number (the order number can be written on the package);
